As many of you know, the Arroyo Grande Library will be undergoing a comprehensive renovation starting in Autumn 2024. The purpose of this renovation is, in part, to update the Library and bring it into compliance with current fire suppression and ADA rules.
FOTAGL will be unable to host book sales while construction is ongoing. Our last planned book sale will be probably be Saturday, April 13, 2024.
In anticipation of the closure, we ask that all donations of books and AV items be suspended on March 31, 2024. You may, however, continue to make monetary donations during the library closure. Click on the “Donate” link at the top of this page for instructions.
Also, you can continue to support us by buying books on-line from our Amazon Store. Click on the “Shop” link at the top of the page for more info.
During the closure, if you have any gently used books you would like to donate, please consider donating to another local charity or non-profit.
We fully intend to resume accepting donations and hosting book sales when the Library reopens at the completion of the renovation. Furthermore, all FOTAGL annual members will have their membership automatically extended through the end of 2024.
